Heartgard Plus is a monthly chewy treat, flavoured with beef, providing protection for dogs up to 11kg against heartworm disease and eliminating the larvae. Additionally, it is effective in treating and preventing infestations of roundworms and hookworms.

Usage Instructions:
Heartgard Plus should be administered orally once per month; it is important to weigh your dog and adhere to the dosage instructions indicated on the package. To ensure optimal performance, administer the product on or close to the same day each month.
Precautions:
Puppies of 6 weeks and above, pregnant and nursing females can take Heartgard Plus 6 Pack safely. Testing for existing heartworm infection is recommended before starting the treatment, since Heartgard Plus is not effective against adult heartworm. Any dog with an infection must be given a treatment to remove adult heartworms and larvae before administering Heartgard Plus.
