Precautions:
Puppies from 6 weeks, pregnant and breeding females can safely use Heartgard Plus Chews. To ensure its effectiveness, a heartworm test should be performed on all dogs prior to administering, as Heartgard Plus does not combat adult heartworms. For infected dogs, treatment to eradicate adult worms and larvae must occur prior to administering this product.
